Impact Church of Christ
Impact is an urban work of the Churches of Christ, founded January 11, 1987. Impact is located at 1704 Weber, Houston, Texas. Buildings include: 19,000 square foot worship facility; a 6,000 square foot education building; a 6,000 square foot food and clothing distribution center; a 6,000 square foot preschool (Small Steps Nurturing Center); a 700 square foot youth center (The Impact Youth Development Center), and four houses which are used by various ministries.This ministry ministers to the poor and homeless in downtown Houston through Hispanic ministry financial support, meals, and Christmas gift donations.
